EFIH is a holding company for its subsidiaries, including Oncor Electric Delivery Holdings Company LLC and its subsidiary, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, which are principally engaged in providing delivery services to retail electric providers, including TXU Energy, that sell power in the north-central, eastern and western parts of Texas.
